You way of lighting things is really cool!
my biggest strength. I tend to focus heavily on color, shadows and forms.
While I was doing this artwork I started to study on color
and lighting - i took for granted the power of observation.
Maybe thats what gives your stuff a unique look. You focused on the shadows first instead of the other way around.
Really great creature concept by the way.
I imagine it's like an ancient or maybe even eternal organic data base.
Advanced civilizations visit when they're stumped by some monumental physics problem.
Or sages go to listen to the stories of long dead civilizations.
Really inspiring!
I knew I could't have done this artwork without seeing great sci-fiction films.
When doing an art like this its always good to let your imagination go. It was a daring piece for me, something I wouldn't really do ^^
I am glad other artists like this.
